What is a socially responsible organization?
A SRO is an organization that promove the wellbeing between their stakeholders, not only the welfare, but the development based on the capabilities and sustentability business model.
About me
I`m industrial engineer with an MBA, both in the Universidad de Chile. Also I have a diplomate of "Politicas Sociales" in the Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
In 2008 I created the RSA Evolutiva consulting organization in Santiago, based on Aplicated Social Responsibility.

Aplicated Social Responsibility

Why it could be important for an organization to be an "Aplicated Social Responsibility Organization"? What kind of organization? Only NGOs because are more near to the community? Only the political or religius organization because are more near to the ethics? Maybe the companies and their business more near to the resources? What about the goverment? What happen with the universities? What happen with a simple citizen? Then, what is the meaning of ASR?
All of these were questions without a simple answer. The word "aplicated" allowed me not only find an answer, but discover a new space of possibilities to integrate differents points of view and ways to resolve a same problem. Now the university, the companie, the community and the citizenship are integrated in a participated training model based in some concepts of development of the UNDP and some concepts and focus of Amartya Sen, but "aplicated" to a program for training executives and students.
Our goal is to improve the social, technological and languages skills of these people through training activities using coaching, role playing and some theatre's elements. Now we are looking for ways to aplicate this model with excluded social young people here in Chile, because we believe that the wellbeing, the capabilities and the development are linked in the healthy emotional practices and selfawareness.
