The company is an industry originator in custom, hand-made sustainable packaging, partnering with creative design and production teams from emerging nations. The organization is looking for Sales Reps in Chicago to grow revenues and continue the successful path of the company. The ideal Sales Rep is a self starter, detail oriented and very passionate about green and sustainability concepts. You will be calling on boutique businesses, socially responsible/green companies, and a network of distributors. You should possess a demonstrable, disciplined and measurable sales background.
Additionally, the company is looking for an Operations/Business Manager to manage all of the day-to-day business activities and issue resolution of a growing company. This is the type of role where you will wear many different hats – handling everything from working with key customers, packaging designers and vendors to handling issues with the phone and computer systems - in essence, you are running the business. As such, you must share a passion for the product, and you must take charge of accountability both internally and externally. Your genuine customer-centric (buyer and supplier) skills will make you successful here, doing meaningful work in a creative and significant way.
